    This is a very good video. But actually when you’re sleeping your metabolism works faster. When you sleep your parasymphatic system gets the upperhand. Only because your orthosympathic system burns sugar (so calories) while you move will be less active. And it is better to drink warm water in the morning, not hot not cold ;) however this is very motivating.
