    So I give this as many stars as I can . this week is my real test. I am going to incorparate the diet part because if I am getting thease results without following the diet as best as I can then I can’t wait to see what happens with the diet. Thanks

    I am on day 13 as I write this review. I can’t believe how quickly this is starting to work. I have been deligent about the exercises. Have not been able to do the cardio everytime. It seems like I have done it every other day. I am 44 years old and I am already seeing the body I had in my 20’s and pre children 30’s.

    Great book, the diet is easy to follow and yummy. The exercise routines are great! Good pictures and great resource to have.

    Started the day I got the book. I am on my 18 th day of work out and healthy eating. Lost 8 pounds in 10 day and I`m very happy because the work out is easy to fallow. I drink more water and learned to keep my hands of sweets. I feel better,look younger and have so much more energy. My skin looks beautiful from drinking all the water. I recommend the book to all who want to feel young again.

    The program in this book, I would say is the best out there. Not only have I lost the 10lbs plus, but I also feel so much better and have so much energy! I would recommend this program to everyone…. AWESOME PROGRAM!

    I have several of the Biggest Loser books. This one is the best by far. It includes the diet, exercise program, and tips, plus recipes. I lost 5 lbs. the first week. Thanks Biggest Losers.

    I love this book. The words from Losers are inspiring, and the diet is easy to follow. The Mobility Moves look easy, but I work up a sweat every time I do them. Since reaching age 50, I’ve found it quite difficult to lose weight, even though I work out regularly. This is day 8 for me, and I’ve lost six pounds so far. My hunger has been minimal, and my cravings for “bad” carbs are fading fast.

    I really enjoy this whole series! I don’t know if I would actually follow this day by day, but there is some great information in here with interesting recipes and solid work outs. I would recommend any of the Biggest Loser books for people looking for healthy lifestyle change!

    I’ve been looking for a weight loss book that actually works and that can get this stubborn belly fat. I bout the weight loss book because I needed something credible that has been tested and worked. It took me less than 1 hour to read the book and I started using it immediately…that was awesome! In fact, everything I needed to know was in the first chapter. I’ve been on this program for 1 month now and I’ve already lost 25 pounds

    or starter, it is a quick read so you do not waste time reading a crap load of nonesense about weight loss. In the introduction, author states “Eat as much as you want; eat almost everything.” EAT ALL YOU WANT and lose weight?? It does not get any better than this. Well, I’m happy to say that I’m drinking beer and eating almost everything and still losing weight; like OMG. I gave it a five star because I have lost more weight using it in two days than on other weight loss program

    I hate exercising but this book has so much good information in it that I must say I recommend it. It covers so much more than the actual exercises you might want to try. It explains many of the benefits of exercise and shows how it can and does help control things like insulin resistance and other conditions and diseases.

    This book has some exciting news: you don’t need a gym to get fit and stay healthy! The author gives very practical advice for those who just don’t know what the basics are to becoming fit. He also goes into the scientific reasoning behind the advice. I really liked the latter part of the book where he inserted small images of all of the different exercises that he recommends–which use your own body! Studies have shown that exercise using our own body weight will bring on greater results
