    I’ve been using a food diary app for weeks now but it only sets pictures of the things you eat. It doesn’t count calories or anything and I think it’s useful aswell. I honestly think counting calories is a bit stupid and make you a bit too obsessed as time goes on.

    Guys, burn fat doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that diet plan has changed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

    If you want to lose weight, the safest way is to lose 2 lbs a week at MOST. Any more than that and you’re losing muscle mass which is really, really dangerous and unhealthy. 20 lbs would take about 10 weeks, or 2 1/2 months.
