    1. Instead of eating 3 larger meals a day, eat 5 smaller meals, with your daily carb intake stations around the first 2 meals (breakfast, mid morning meal)

    2. Eat sweet potatoes. They are a GOOD carb, filled with fiber, Vitamins A,B6,C and potassium.

    3. Don’t eat anything 4 hrs before you go to sleep. When you sleep with your tummy full, you gain weight really quickly.

    Sorry but this is really the worst video ever. What does he say? It’s all about the food, it does not depend on how much you exercise? He says the reason is NOT emotional stress but stress is caused by overeating? I lost my wife years ago and food was the only thing giving me comfort (pleasure trap), so I became overweight. It all started with emotional stress which led into eating. I just wanted to go for a run to lose weight. I guess I take them off. All I have to do is eat oats in the morning

    I was just about to say the same thing as the first part of your comment. NOTHING is 100%. It’s about balance. We have proven that the SAD diet is harmful, that veganism/vegatarian diets (in most cases) cannot provide everything needed, meats cause disease as well as animal products in general and the list goes on. It’s about finding the right balance.

    Just got educated on eating cleaner and healthier. I was not aware about GMO’s and traces of pesticided left on vegtables and fruits that are not organic. I am certainly going to do more research and so far, eating cleaner is benificial for mind and body. What I have found so far, is that the benifits are immediate and lasting. Farmers markets are a blessing especially the people behind the foods that are offered, which take pride in what they have available for the day. Thank you.
