    Losing weight is not just about watching what you eat but also exercising consistently, good to get both in one place. I had all but given up on trying to lose weight until I read this book. It gave me the kick in the you know what to get started. It is full of common sense and practical advice and best of all you don’t really have to run out and buy a lot of things just to get started. I found the author’s advice on eating very enlightening. Part of my problem has always been eating too much and still feeling hungry afterwards. By following the advice, I’m noticing a difference. I’ve also been taking CLA caps and raspberry ketones (Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder) to help control my cravings, helps a lot.

    Bottom-line this isn’t your normal dieting book, more fun than others I’ve read. Another book I’d recommend is 101 Best Foods to Boost Your Metabolism. I’d call it a very nice complement to this one.

    This book has helped me a lot during my journey to lose weight. In order to lose weight you really need to focus on both exercises and eating habits. They go hand in hand and in most cases you wont be able to reach your goals with just one aspect (from my experience). I have read quite a few books that deal with different aspects of weight loss and found this one helpful. For people to expect this book to cover everything that has to do with weight loss is a bit unrealistic. You can look inside the book (click the image) and look at the table of contents, its quite obvious what the book covers. Take this into account before you complain that this isn’t what you were looking for.
    I am slowly progressing towards meeting my goals, so far over the last 6 months I have lost 23 pounds as of my last weigh in.
