    Guys, losing weight doesn’t have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Proladox Diet Plan (just google it). Seriously, that program has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

    omitting meals the stomach enters in starvation mode then you over eating the next meal and then you GAIN WEIGHT!!!
